Democrats Court Activists in NH

This Presidents' Day weekend provides an opportune time for checking out Democratic presidential candidates as they campaign in New Hampshire.

U.S. Senator Christopher Dodd, of Connecticut, is addressing a "Politics and Eggs" breakfast in Bedford this morning. New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson is speaking at six events today and tomorrow. U.S. Senator Hillary Clinton, of New York, will meet residents in Portsmouth and Dover tomorrow and Congressman Dennis Kucinich, of Ohio, will campaign in the state Sunday and Monday.

WBUR's Fred Thys reports that unlike New Hampshire Republican activists , who seem to be lining up quickly behind either U.S. Senator John McCain, of Arizona, or former governor Mitt Romney, Democratic activists are still window shopping.
