Power Play at the State House

It's been a big week on Beacon Hill, as the House grapples with its budget for the next fiscal year. So far, lawmakers have revealed some differences between their spending plan and that of Governor Deval Patrick but there are other tensions on the rise as well: a power play that's escalating between Governor Deval Patrick and House Speaker Sal DiMasi.
