Massachusetts Soldier Killed

A Massachusetts soldier was among those killed when a Black Hawk helicopter crashed in northern Iraq yesterday.

Jeremy Bouffard was from Middlefield, Massachusetts, a small town near Pittsfield. No word yet on his branch of service or how old he was.

Fourteen service members were killed when their helicopter crashed yesterday after an apparent mechanical failure in the Tamim province that surrounds Kirkuk, an oil-rich city 180 miles north of Baghdad.
