Murray Proposes Cost Controls
In her first major address since she became the Senate President, Therese Murray has detailed her health care reform proposals.
At an event for business leaders in Boston yesterday Murray laid out her ideas for controlling costs. Among them: dissecting health insurance premiums, paying hospitals and doctors based on performance, and attracting more physicians to primary care.
