Push for Biofuel Mandates
Governor Deval Patrick and top statehouse leaders say they want Massachusetts to take the lead in the development and use of renewable fuels.
They introduced legislation yesterday that would make Massachusetts the first state to require biofuel blends in home heating oil.
They also want to create tax breaks for a gasoline additive that's in development.
