State Drive to Deregulate

Massachusetts drivers could soon save more than the previously reported seven point seven percent on average to insure their cars next year.

The state's Insurance Commissioner is reviewing newly proposed rate changes under a new system designed to increase competition. Nonnie Burnes says she expects some providers to lower their rates more now that they've seen what their competitors are doing.
