Giuliani Criticizes Romney

A war of words between former governor Mitt Romney and
GOP rival Rudy Giuliani is heating up ahead of the New Hampshire presidential primary.

Romney says Giuliani is getting desperate.

Rudy Giuliani had criticized Mitt Romney this weekend for appointing a judge who released a man without bail even though he was a convicted killer. The man is now charged with murdering a couple in Washington.

Romney said Giuliani is in no position to criticize him, given the indictment of his former police commissioner and long-time friend Bernie Kerik.

MITT ROMNEY: And then to have him attack me suggests a level of desperation perhaps borne out by the polls in New Hampshire.

Romney leads Giuliani by a comfortable margin in New Hampshire polls.
