Romney Vows Fight Ahead

John McCain has edged out Mitt Romney to win the Florida Primary.

The Arizona Senator captured 36 percent of the Republicans' vote in the Sunshine State yesterday while the former Massachusetts Governor scored 31 percent.

In his concession speech last night, Romney looked beyond Florida, "This presidential election in November of '08 is not about yesterday. It's about tomorrow. It's not about refighting the battles of the past. It's about winning the future."

For some analysis of Romney's showing yesterday...and a look at his chances in the future on Super Tuesday next week, WBUR's Bob Oakes turns to analyst Steven Stark. He's covering the 2008 Presidential race through his "Presidential Tote Board" column and blog for The Boston Phoenix.

This program aired on January 30, 2008. The audio for this program is not available.
