Rep. Frank Previews Plan
Just days after the federal government helped bail out Wall Street giant Bear Stearns, Representative Barney Frank is calling for tighter regulations of such investment banks.
This morning, the Massachusetts Congressman will outline his plan before the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce.
Frank says there are gaps in the current oversight of banks, and he's got some ideas on how to fill them.
Congressman Frank chairs the House Financial Services Committee and he joins WBUR's Bob Oakes this morning.
