Red Sox in Japan

The 2008 Major League Baseball season will be under way less than 24 hours from now.

Most teams are still wrapping up spring training, but the Boston Red Sox begin defending their World Series championship at 6 a.m. tomorrow morning.

The start time is so early, because the Red Sox and Oakland A's are playing in Tokyo.
