Literary Landmark Faces Foreclosure

Massachusetts has more literary landmarks than any other state. They range from modest to grandiose.

But one of the state's shining monuments is in trouble. Edith Wharton's home in Lenox is facing foreclosure. There couldn't be a worse time- the economy is bad, tourism has slowed and charities are tapped. We go to the Berkshires, where WBUR's David Boeri visits Wharton's home, known as the Mount.
