Barney Frank on Fannie, Freddie

U.S. Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) says the House of Representatives will take quick action on the new Bush Administration plan to shore up the mortgage lenders Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

We spoke with Frank from Washington, where he returned this morning to deal with the issue.
