Senate Passes 1913 Repeal
The Massachusetts Senate has chipped away at the statute that bars out-of-state gay couples from marrying here.
The Senate voted yesterday to repeal a 1913 law that prohibits non-Bay Staters from wedding if the marriage is banned in their home state.
