Mass. Voters Ease Penalties For Pot Possession

Voters also passed Question 2. That means possessing an ounce or less of marijuana will no longer be a crime punishable by prison.

Instead, it will become a civil penalty with a $100 fine. WBUR's Sacha Pfeiffer reports.
