Petitioners Call For Unitil's Replacement

Nearly 2,100 people have now signed a petition urging the town of Lunenburg to dump the utility Unitil as its power provider, because of the way it handled last month's ice storm.

Some people were without power in Lunenburg for 12 days after the storm.

The company says customers' anger is an "understandable reaction."

The state is investigating how Unitil and other companies responded to the outages.
