Two Mass. Firms Announce Major Cuts
Two more Massachusetts companies are announcing major job cuts.
One of the state's biggest software firms, Kronos of Chelmsford, laid off about eight percent of its global workforce yesterday, including about 100 people in Massachusetts.
Separately, the investment group Boston Company Asset Management is laying of 90, nearly 30 percent of its staff, including 64 people in Boston.
