Parents Lament No Charges In Celtics Fan's Death

The Suffolk County district attorney has ruled out criminal charges against police officers in connection with the death of a college student they arrested after the Celtics' championship win last year.

DA Dan Conley said Thursday police did everything right when they arrested David Woodman for drinking in public. But Woodman's parents disagree, and they say they're being "kept in the dark."
