Saved From The Pink Slip, But Still Uneasy

It's common for many workers who get to keep their jobs during layoffs to feel what's known as "survivor's guilt."

To learn more about it, we invited workplace relations expert Aaron Nurick to our studios. He's a professor of Management and Psychology at Bently University.

Nurick says workers who get to keep their jobs often feel conflicting emotions.
