Obama's Aunt Can Stay In U.S. Until February

President Obama's aunt will remain in the United States until at least February.

Nenyan native Zeituni Onyango briefly appeared at an immigration hearing in Boston Wednesday morning, where the judge scheduled her asylum hearing for February.

Onyango was ordered deported in 2004 after losing appeals for asylum, but continued to live in public housing in Boston.

The White House says President Obama will not get involved in the case.

This program aired on April 1, 2009. The audio for this program is not available.
