Investigators with the National Transportation Safety Board believe that the T driver who was killed when her trolley rear-ended another last year may have suffered from sleep apnea.

We spoke with Dr. Atul Malhotra, medical director at the Brigham and Women's Sleep Disorders Program, about this common condition, which is raising concerns among transportation safety experts.
