Suspect In Harvard Shooting Faces Judge

A third suspect charged in a fatal shooting at a Harvard University dormitory has been ordered held without bail.

A not guilty plea was entered for 23-year-old Jason Aquino at his arraignment Monday in Cambridge District Court on charges including murder and armed robbery.

Aquino was arrested in New York City last week. Prosecutors say he was one of three men involved in the May 18 fatal shooing of 21-year-old Justin Cosby in a common area of Kirkland House.

Jabrai Jordan Copney and Blayn Jiggetts - both also of New York - have been indicted on first-degree murder charges.

Neither the victim nor the defendants in the case were Harvard students.

Investigators said the suspects intended to rob Cosby of marijuana and cash.
