Roll Call: Mass. Senate Approval Of Kennedy Successor Bill

Here's how members of the Massachusetts Senate voted Tuesday on bill amending the state's Senate succession law so the governor has the power to appoint a temporary replacement while a five-month special election campaign is held. A majority vote was needed to pass the bill.

A "yes" vote was in favor of the change; a "no" vote was in opposition to it.
