Video: Obama's Gulf Oil Spill News Conference

President Obama is insisting his administration has responded aggressively to the Gulf oil spill from the start. But he says "people are going to be frustrated until it stops." At a White House news conference, Obama also announced a series of new steps to deal with the aftermath of the spill, including continuing a moratorium on drilling permits for six months.
