Blue Cross Chairman Faces Questions About Conflicting Roles

Paul GuzziWBUR's Martha Bebinger poses a great question in a post on Hubbub: Can Paul Guzzi, Chairman of the Board of Blue Cross Blue Shield Massachusetts effectively perform that role while he is also president and CEO of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce?

Or is representing both insurers and employers (hospitals) an inherent conflict of interest?
