Rate Cut For Natural Gas A Possibility This Winter
National Grid customers in Massachusetts could be in for lower gas prices this winter. The utility company has asked state regulators to approve a 14 percent rate cut for natural gas.
National Grid spokesman David Graves says the final rates should be available by November.
"We don't know what those final rates are gonna be, but we do expect that most customers will see at least a modest decline," Graves said.
Average customers could save more than $100 for the winter.
