Record $66M In Mass. Medicaid Recovered In 2010

The amount of money being recovered by the state in settlements over medicaid fraud is growing.

The attorney general's office said it retrieved a record $66 million from settlements with major pharmaceutical companies last year. That's over $14 million more than in 2009.
