Mass. Man Accused Of Fenway Park Theft

Prosecutors say they've arrested a Massachusetts man on Long Island in connection with the theft of Boston Red Sox memorabilia from Fenway Park.

NBC New York reports that investigators recovered a home plate, uniforms, equipment and other team property.

Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota is scheduled to release additional information on Thursday.

NBC says the suspect was arrested last Thursday.

On Monday, a longtime clubhouse manager for the New York Mets was charged with stealing team property valued at more than $2.3 million.
