Analysis: Democrats Need 'Huge' Voter Turnout In 2012

Leaders of the Democratic Party in Massachusetts are focusing on one primary goal for next year's elections — defeating Republican Sen. Scott Brown.

That was the message repeated over and over again during the party's state convention over the weekend.

There are six democrats already vying for a chance to challenge Brown.

Jeff Berry, a political science professor at Tufts University, joined Morning Edition Monday for a look at the field and what it might take to put a Democrat back in that Senate seat.
