2 Boston Teens Shot, 1 Fatally

BOSTON — Boston police say a 16-year-old boy is dead while a 14-year-old youth is clinging to life after being shot multiple times.

Officers responded to Geneva Street in the city's Dorchester neighborhood just before 3:30 p.m. Sunday and found the two victims lying in the street.

The older victim was taken to Boston Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. The younger victim was taken to the same hospital for treatment of what police called life-threatening injuries.

No names have been released.

There is no word on arrests or a possible motive.
