Police Search For Suspects In 2 Boston Murders

BOSTON — Police are searching for suspects in two separate murders in Boston. Two men were shot dead around 8 p.m. Tuesday night, one in Dorchester, the other in Roxbury.

Just after 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, police responded to 7 Samoset St., where they found a black male in his 50s suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. About an hour later, police found a man in his early 20s suffering from an apparent gunshot wound at 60 Dearborn St.

Both were later pronounced dead at Boston Medical Center.

Earlier Tuesday, Boston Police identified Saturday's homicide victim as Gail Miles, 60, of Roxbury. Police did not disclose the cause of death. They found her dead in her Wardman Road apartment Saturday.

The city's homicide tally now stands at 62 victims this year, according to WBUR figures.
