State Secretary To Unveil Economic Growth Plan

Massachusetts Secretary for Housing and Economic Development Greg Bialecki on Wednesday unveils a new plan for economic growth in the state for the coming years.

It will be the first time the state is required to submit such a plan, which is now required by law.

We spoke with Bialecki about how the plan differs from what state government generally does to shape its economic future.
