Other than expressing disappointment, there is no word yet on the next move from New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft and Las Vegas casino owner Steve Wynn, after the selectmen in Foxborough Tuesday decided not to back the Kraft/Wynn casino proposal. The two hope to build a casino across from Gillette stadium in Foxborough, but for now it is not looking so good.

Outside of Foxborough, no one in the state likely paid more attention to the selectmen's vote than Stephen Crosby, the head of the still-forming state Gaming Commission.

Crosby is tasked with deciding where the three casinos allowed under the new state gambling law will be located. In speaking with Morning Edition, Crosby said that casinos "will not be superimposed on any community that doesn't want it."

This program aired on December 29, 2011.
