Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick has it out with his list of priorities for the state in the coming months, outlined in his State of the Commonwealth address Monday night on Beacon Hill.
Patrick focused on three key areas: jobs, controlling health costs and improving public safety by cracking down on repeat violent offenders. And he called on lawmakers to take action quickly.
