Man To Be Arraigned For Boston Court Outburst

A man accused of shouting "rat" and "snitch" at a key prosecution witness during the trial of two men accused of the drug-related shootings of four people in Boston is now facing charges himself.

Prosecutors say 45-year-old Dennis Jones is scheduled to be arraigned Friday on charges of witness intimidation and disrupting a court proceeding.

Jones is accused of standing up in court on Feb. 22 as Kimani Washington testified in the trial of his cousin, Edward Washington, and Dwayne Moore, charged with murder in connection with the fatal shootings of a toddler and three adults in September 2010. Jones was pushed out of the room by court officers.

He at first said he was related to a defendant, but authorities say he has no relationship to anyone in the case.
