Celtics guard Ray Allen is still not sure if he'll be able to play in Boston's postseason opener against the Atlanta Hawks on Sunday.

The 36-year-old shooting guard has not played in two weeks because of a sore right ankle. He was shooting around before practice with the team on Saturday, but coach Doc Rivers said Allen would not practice and he didn't think he would play in Game 1, either.

Allen says he received a cortisone shot on Wednesday. He also says that if it weren't for the playoffs, he'd already be having surgery.

This program aired on April 29, 2012.
