Motorcyclist Killed On Mass. Ave. Bridge

State police say a 20-year-old motorcyclist has been killed in a crash that closed down the Massachusetts Avenue bridge between Boston and Cambridge.

Police said the crash, involving the motorcycle, a car and a sport utility vehicle, happened at about 2:30 p.m. Monday near the Boston side of the bridge over the Charles River.

State police said the SUV driver was being treated for emotional distress.

The investigation closed the bridge to vehicle traffic in both directions Monday afternoon.
