New Exhibitions Leader For Williams College Art Museum

Lisa Dorin has been named the new deputy director for curatorial affairs at Williams College Museum of Art, the Williamstown institution announced. She is scheduled to begin work overseeing the exhibition program and supervising curatorial and art installation staff at the Williams College museum on March 4, 2013.

This is a return for Dorin, who received her master's degree in art history from Williams College in 2000. She served as a curatorial and programs assistant and then assistant curator at the Williams College Museum of Art between 2000 and 2003.

She moved to the Art Institute of Chicago in 2005, where she is currently associate curator of contemporary art.
