Final Arguments Begin In LA Rockefeller Impostor Case

Closing arguments have begun in the Los Angeles trial of a notorious Rockefeller impostor charged with murdering a man in 1985.

Prosecutor Habib Balian's argument Monday is outlining a circumstantial case against Christian Gerhartsreiter.

Although the defendant is charged only with the murder of John Sohus in suburban San Marino, the prosecutor has been allowed to say he believes Gerhartsreiter also killed Sohus' wife, who remains missing.

Gerhartsreiter was previously prosecuted for kidnapping in Massachusetts, where he masqueraded as member of the Rockefeller family.

This program aired on April 8, 2013. The audio for this program is not available.
