Increased Security At Boston Calling In Wake Of 'Molly' Overdoses05:35
PlayThis weekend's Boston Calling music festival drew some 30,000 people to City Hall Plaza for indie rock, folk and electronic dance music.
Festival organizers say they never considered cancelling the two-day event, despite concerns following three recent deaths at music venues attributed to the drug "molly."
But WBUR's Bruce Gellerman reports Boston Calling was a loud — and safe — success.
This program aired on September 9, 2013.
