Police: N.H. Woman Sold Drugs To Driver In Crash
A New Hampshire woman has been arraigned on a charge of selling drugs to a 19-year-old woman accused of plowing into a group of cyclists over the weekend, killing two from Massachusetts.

Hampton police arrested 48-year-old Cindy Sheppard of Hampton Wednesday night. She's charged with supplying the painkiller fentanyl to Darriean Hess of Seabrook and allowing Hess to drive without a license.
Sheppard's bail was continued at $10,000 at her arraignment Thursday in Seabrook.
Hess, ordered held on $50,000 bail, was arraigned Wednesday via video from jail. She's charged with negligent homicide.
Police say Hess was driving too fast and without a license when she ran into the cyclists on an annual ride in Hampton on Saturday. Two riders died and two were injured.
