For the eighth annual Honk! music festival, some two dozen marching bands paraded from Davis Square in Somerville to Harvard Square in Cambridge this afternoon. They came from as close as Somerville and as far away as Chicago, Detroit, Austin, Rio de Janeiro, and London, England. The procession also included activists like Veterans for Peace and a group calling for "human rights for Tibet."
