It's always one of the busiest travel days of the year, but this year you'll find hitting the road to join the family for Thanksgiving an even bigger challenge. That's because of the messy weather hitting the mid-Atlantic and the East Coast Wednesday, which is promising to snarl traffic all over. Massachusetts Highway Administrator Frank DePaola joined WBUR's Morning Edition to talk about what Thanksgiving travelers can expect.

This program aired on November 27, 2013.
