Federal Judge Denies Attempt To Move Trial For Tsarnaev Friends

An FBI special agent will continue testifying Wednesday in a pretrial hearing involving three friends of accused Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

The federal judge has ruled against defense motions to dismiss the case altogether and turned down an attempt to move the trial out of Boston.
