Report: Relationships Between Boston School District And Individual Schools Strained

Boston Public Schools are in disarray with little cooperation between schools and the district, according to a new outside report commissioned by the school department.

The report also says the relationships between the department and individual schools are fractured and distrustful.

The report done by the group the Council of the Great City Schools also found there is no standard for planning time for teachers, with some schools giving 90 minutes and others giving none.
