Man Pleads Guilty In Child Porn Case
A Pittsfield man has pleaded guilty to federal child pornography charges.
The U.S. Attorney's office said in a statement that 34-year-old Jason Gendron faces a sentence of between 40 and 50 years in prison as a result of a plea agreement on Tuesday.
Prosecutors said Gendron produced videos and other files showing sexually explicit conduct with girls between the approximate ages of two and 13-years-old.
Gendron pleaded guilty to 16 counts of sexual exploitation of minors by producing child pornography and possessing child pornography.
Prosecutors said Gendron also agreed to pay restitution to the victims.
