Canton Pharmacist Is First Charged In Connection With Meningitis Outbreak

A pharmacist from Canton is under house arrest after being charged in the criminal investigation of the New England Compounding Center, the Framingham pharmacy linked to the 2012 deadly meningitis outbreak.
Glenn Adam Chin, a former supervisory pharmacist at NECC, is the first person charged in connection with the outbreak that officials say sickened some 751 people and killed 64.
