FBI Is Seeking Help To Identify Potential American In ISIS Film

The FBI is calling attention to the main player in a propaganda film produced by the terrorist group that calls itself the Islamic State.

Agency officials believe the man in the film could be an American, and they're hoping someone will recognize him.
