Lowell Man, Facing Murder Charge, At Large

A Lowell man facing a murder charge for a November shooting in Lynn remains at large.

Hector Radame Diaz Emiliano was indicted Monday by an Essex County Grand Jury on a charge of first-degree murder in the fatal shooting of 35-year-old Omar Ortiz Lopez, of Lynn, on Nov. 28.

Emiliano, who has at least two aliases, allegedly shot Lopez in the head shortly after 1 a.m. outside the Harbor View Apartments.

Emiliano is described as 5-feet, 11-inches tall and is considered armed and dangerous.

Authorities are asking that anyone who knows of his whereabouts contact police.
