Forecast: As Snowfall Wraps Up Monday, Skies Will Clear

Monday's snowfall is all but wrapped up.

Roads were quite messy in most areas Monday morning with the snow causing a slow commute.

While this wasn't a blockbuster snowstorm, it did bring some heavy snow to the region. Areas south of Boston were expected to see the highest totals.

Skies will partially clear by the end of the day Monday. Look for temperatures to rise above freezing in the afternoon. Treated roads should become better for the ride home.

Tuesday will be a much nicer day, with highs in the mid 40s and some melting. Since the ground isn’t very frozen I expect the snow will melt fairly quickly.
