Gaming Commission To Meet To Address Fate Of State's Horse Racing Industry

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission this week addresses a rift in the state's thoroughbred racehorse industry over just how to spend the millions of dollars already raised for a special state fund for the racing industry.
To do that, the commission first has to figure out just how much authority it has over the money.
